Q: Will I lose consciousness?

A: You may doze off , but you may be more focused while in hypnosis. The body is more relaxed, but the mind is very aware of everything.

Q: Will I get stuck in hypnosis?

A: That can never happen as you are conscious of everything going on.

Q: Will I know what has taken place?

A: Yes.

Q: Why is it so important to process with the subconscious mind engaged?

A: The Subconscious mind is the domain of the emotions and is our master controller.

Q: Will the hypnotist control my mind?

A: No. The hypnotist simply facilitates your self-hypnosis on the issue of your choosing. The therapist is just your guide. You are fully aware of everything around you. You can have a conversation with the hypnotist if it is asked of you, and you can reject anything he or she says. You really have complete control of your faculties. The hypnotist will guide you in understanding not only why you choose certain unwanted behaviors, but also changing those behaviors in a way that your subconscious mind can accept.

Q: Will I be conscious during the hypnosis session?

A: You will remain conscious; you’re always aware and able to hear, to talk, and to make decisions. You will be guided into a wonderful, relaxed state of focus and awareness. And afterwards, you will remember everything that happened. The hypnotist cannot control you, make you do things you don’t want to do, or make you tell secrets. You are always in control.

Q: Can I be hypnotized?

A: You can be hypnotized if you want the positive things you are coming for, willing and able to follow the hypnotist’s instructions, and have an IQ above 50.
