Meditation and breathing promote a higher state of awareness, consciousness, self-healing as well as better physical and mental performance. When meditation is taught correctly and you commitment to the practice, you will be able to eliminate anxiety, depression, mental illness, negative self-talk, poor sleep, sleeplessness, brain fog, being/feeling stuck, tiredness, chronic ailments, hot flashes, headaches… The list goes on.

 

I specialize in teaching a 5 – minute a day , jump-start method for the busy person who just can’t sit and still their mind. A breathing technique is included and essential. I also offer how to meditate for 20 minutes and longer for an intermediate and advanced practice.
